What if I am not home for the appointment?
Most services are on the exterior of the home, if the home owner is away PROCLEAN will still complete the work. If the service is inside and you know that you will be away either we can reschedule the appointment or arrange temporary accommodations for access.
What if an injury occurs on my roof or property?
PROCLEAN uses safety equipment, and though it is unlikely anyone would get hurt while working on your home, PROCLEAN is licensed with the Department of Labor and Industries. This agency provides protection for employees that are injured on the job and pays for their medical bills, as well as time lost. This state-sponsored program protects PROCLEAN employees, you (the homeowner), and PROCLEAN. For your further protection, the PROCLEAN is also licensed, bonded, and insured.
How do I get an estimate, can you give me a quick price?
For a rough quote fill out the form on the contact page. To provide you with an exact price call us to request an on-site estimate. We will schedule a convenient time for you so we can stop by to complete the estimate, to avoid a trip charge we would prefer to schedule the work the same time as the estimate.
Do you service on weekends?
Often we are available to service your home Monday-Saturday. We are not open on Sundays. However Saturdays can fill up quickly. For your convenience we do not require you to be home. Most of our services are done outside (with the exception of interior window cleaning). We do our best to accommodate our customers.
How do you clean gutters?
Every gutter cleaning job is done by hand, and includes: Debris removal, gutter and downspout cleaning. If weather permits we may blow out the gutters with a leaf blower.
What form of payment do you accept?
We are expecting to be paid: cash, check. We currently do not accept credit cards. All payment for services are "Due on Receipt". If you are not home we will either leave an invoice or send one via email.
If I have any questions or concerns, how much time do I have to call after the completion of job?
If you complaints with our service after the completion of a job we like to hear from you within 72 hours after job completion.
How often should I have my home windows cleaned?
We believe that is of personal preference. Most of our customers chose to have them cleaned once or twice a year. If you are budget conscious we reccomend the doing in/out the first time and the outside only the second time. Twice yearly window cleanings are usually done in spring and mid-late summer.
Are you insured? Bonded?
Yes, both our company and all of our technicians are fully insured.
What do you use to wash the windows?
Our technicians use a combination of dawn soap and water to wash the windows. It is environmentally safe, non abrasive and it does not leave streaks.
What if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?
On days when the weather is in question, the customer may contact us. We closely monitor the current weather conditions. While its no fun working in the rain, we are prepared to work rain/shine. (Snow/icy roofs are an exception)
What do I need to do before your arrival?
We have our own supplies and equipment. All we ask is that there is a clear path to the windows. Remove any antiques, heirlooms, breakables, etc. from furniture that may be in front of the window, or on the window sill.
